Our Account Executives take a consultative approach, partner with & build a trusted rapport with our prospects and clients, by helping them identify their challenges and demonstrating how our products can be a strategic solution for their needs. In this role, you will focus on all that a prospect or client can benefit from ION the software that powers the future of next-gen manufacturing. Our team takes a multi-tier approach to bringing on new clients, and is supported by our marketing, customer success, and executive team; we are all in this together. With this and other tools, you will infiltrate target accounts, but also create key opportunities through prospecting.

You will

  • Be ready to be a zealot at the forefront of the exponential age
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Define the overall approach for specific territories, and regions, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Sales and leadership development experience
  • At least 2 years of consecutive, successful B2B Sales experience
  • Exhibit pride in your work
  • Admirable work ethic
  • Ability to understand & solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills, this means active listening and engagement with clients and co-workers
  • Exhibit maturity and a healthy emotional intelligence
  • Ability to take a complex issue and break it down for your clients
  • Exceptional closing skills
  • B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus)
  • Sales training certification (is a plus)
  • Experience with or selling to EV, Aerospace, 3D Printing, Space, or Defense (is a plus)

Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity and benefits. 

Pay Range

$90,000$150,000 USD

First Resonance accelerates the speed and reliability of hardware development for companies manufacturing the next generation of hardware products. This includes electric airplanes, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and more. We are a group of software, hardware, and manufacturing engineers that are bringing the best of modern UX and data science to an industry that has been overly rigid in its innovation. We are removing the barriers preventing radical advancement by providing tools to manufacturing engineers and operators to move information more freely, collaborate with their teams more easily, and use the power of data to predict problems and provide insights that result in better hardware quality and delivery.
