We’re actively seeking a talented Sr Sales Process Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Process Optimization Fusion Team. This role is hybrid working from Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. We will consider relocation for the right candidate.
As a Sr Sales Process Strategy Analyst, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by joining a cross functional team to drive sales process optimization. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 6 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include fellow marketing, technology, sales and product professionals.
How you’ll help move us forward:
• Act as business lead on multiple key initiatives of the team

• Drive daily interaction and execution

• Be the first point of contact with business partners and stakeholders
• Day-to-day vision communication and make tactical go/no-go decisions
• Gather feedback from stakeholders while continuing to monitor progress to provide the best possible user experience
The experience you bring:
• 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution

• 4yr College Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Self-driven with ability to work independently

• Ability to drive accountability and lead projects

• Customer oriented

• Strong working knowledge of:

  • Annuity and/or Life Products

  • Sales Force

  • Platforms used by Broker Dealers and Advisors including iCapital, FIDx, LUMA, eMoney & MoneyGuidePro

$116,000 - $141,600

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$134,280.00 - $164,120.00
