ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team on a six-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting a database of nearly 8,000 retail stores to promote and sell our PAX products. This role is vital in expanding our market presence and increasing sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

This role is fully remote, based in the US or Canada.

The Sales Outreach Specialist will be responsible for:

Outbound Sales Calls

  • Initiate calls to a database of approximately 8,000 retail stores.
  • Introduce PAX products, understand store needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and answer any questions from store owners/managers.

Lead Qualification

  • Assess the potential of each store based on their current offerings and customer demographics. Identify key decision-makers within the stores and build rapport to facilitate sales.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback in our CRM system. 
  • Track and report on call metrics, conversion rates, and sales outcomes.

Follow-Up and Relationship Building 

  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Market Feedback

  • Gather insights from store owners and managers regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams to help refine product offerings and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION

This role has a pay rate of $3,000/month + bonus structure for closed accounts. This pay rate represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay.
