We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. As a Sales Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at Cargomatic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients, as well as providing ongoing support to our sales team. Your expertise in sales processes, project management and customer service will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and develop customized onboarding and implementation plans.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to clients on how to effectively use the Cargomatic platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation phases, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure smooth and efficient implementation processes.
  • Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and milestones.
  • Gather feedback from clients during the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
  • Assist the sales team in generating new leads and closing deals by providing product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and training resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales onboarding, implementation, or project management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively within a team.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the Supply Chain or Transportation industry

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
