The Job:

The Sales Development Representative will have the ability to manage their own outbound prospecting and ensure high output outbound outreach, creating MQL creation, outbound activity, and other KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Typical SDR daily workflow and related outbound activities 
  • This is a heavy outbound sales-driven role.
  • Manage campaigns, cadences, and pipeline for outbound purposes
  • Stay informed of all new product information
  • Be accountable for your outbound targets
  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • 1-2 years' experience as SDR or BDR, or a Bachelor's Degree and relevant work experience.
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills, as well as strong prospecting skills.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, or other related enablement technologies.

Compensation:

The base pay range is: $25-27/hour.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso's compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
