Summary:

As we continue to expand, we’re on the hunt for a top-performing SaaS UX/UI Designer who will be a key player in taking WhatConverts from 20,000 customers to 200,000 and beyond! Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform and ensure our solutions are engaging and user-friendly.

In this role, you’ll work closely with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our SaaS products. We're seeking someone who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing interfaces that enhance both customer satisfaction and company growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the UX/UI design process for our SaaS products, from conceptualization to final implementation
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Shape company strategy by transforming analyses into actionable design prototypes
  • Develop solutions that are visually appealing and align with our design system
  • Stay up-to-date with UX design trends and digital marketing practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Other duties as assigned; job duties will likely expand based upon aptitude and ability

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products
  • Proficiency with prototype tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of Atomic Design and Design Systems
  • Proven ability to implement and update products and features, balancing business and customer needs
  • Experience with UX research and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
