As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.  


Who You Are and What You'll Do: 

You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analysis and process optimization. Numbers are your native tongue, and you thrive on transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that no discrepancy goes unnoticed, and your collaborative spirit makes you a linchpin across departments. With tools like Excel and Salesforce as your trusted allies, you're ready to embark on a quest to optimize revenue streams and drive our organization's success. 

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Bishop Fox, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue processes and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Compensation Plan Design & Administration 
  • Develop and implement sales incentive compensation plans that align with company goals. 
  • Manage the end-to-end compensation process, including quota setting, commission calculations, and payout. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure incentive structures drive desired behaviors. 
  • Commission Processing & Accuracy 
  • Calculate and validate payments based on sales data. 
  • Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payouts. 
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity. 
  • Analysis & Reporting 
  • Provide insights into sales compensation effectiveness and performance trends. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to assess productivity and ROI. 
  • Identify opportunities to optimize incentive structures based on data-driven recommendations. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, IT teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation plans. 
  • Address and resolve inquiries regarding payout. 
  • Assist in system enhancements and automation initiatives for compensation management. 


Your Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 3-7+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or finance. 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and sales compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Anaplan, Callidus, Varicent). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. 
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation structures to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Preferred location: Arizona or Colorado, but open to candidates based in the U.S. or Mexico.
