Our team of 50 engineers is located across Central and South America in 12 different countries. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Building and maintaining the data ingestion and data streaming infrastructure
- Evolving and maintaining the web crawling and scraping infrastructure
- Building ETL pipelines to connect to and load data from partner and public APIs and datasets
- Collaborating with multiple global engineering teams
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills:
- Python
- SQL
- Kafka programming, or similar streaming data system.
- Docker, K8S
- AWS or similar cloud provider
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with python data libraries like pandas and dask or similar
- Experience with asynchronous programming
- Experience with distributed systems and API implementations
- Exposure to, or experience with, machine learning systems
- Flexibility; experience with early stage startups
