As an administrative assistant you will play a crucial role in bolstering daily operations and improving organizational effectiveness. Duties:

  •     Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  •     Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  •     Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  •     Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
  •     Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  •     Handle customer service inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  •     Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
  •     Ensure the office environment is organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
