Bold is seeking a PT & Clinical Design Manager to own our clinical roadmap and clinical programming, as well as lead on analyzing and publishing clinical outcomes. This is a full time role based in LA reporting to the Content team.

Key Outcomes:

  • Own clinical roadmap by identifying & prioritizing clinical indications for focus.
  • Own end-to-end clinical programming including defining fitness & education protocols, designing program structure and identifying clinical outcomes to capture.
  • Produce clinical content including writing blog posts and contributing to Bold Talks.
  • Provide clinical expertise in both external sales conversations and internal forums, supporting product decisions, marketing communications and member queries.
  • Lead analyzing, interpreting & publishing clinical outcomes, converting our quantitative data into white papers and published research.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified PT with 5+ years experience in-clinic.
  • Expertise in literature review and understanding of clinical research. 
  • Experience in writing and publishing white papers and/or published research.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including facility with statistical analysis and methodology.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in health tech and/or telehealth.
  • Experience working with older adults, including a strong understanding of the unique clinical needs of older adults.

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $100-130k annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
