Job Description

The Project Manager, IT is responsible for managing complex projects across different aspects of IT, including business systems, data & analytics, innovation, and IT operations. This role will interact with business stakeholders to communicate progress and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver projects on time. This role has an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company’s success by driving IT projects to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.  Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of IT projects as assigned.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Measure and report on quantitative value of projects.

  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Very strong written communication skills and the ability to create large scale project plans

  • A proven ability to maintain a schedule, meet deadlines and prioritize effectively

  • Analytical problem solving with the ability to understand the overall big picture

  • Entrepreneurial perspective with a strong business acumen

  • Ability to remain resilient in the face of ambiguity

  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Integrity, initiative, attention to detail and a proven work ethic

  • The ability to take direction and work independently

  • Must promote the Company culture and Guiding Principles to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners

  • The willingness and ability to get hands on when needed to move a project forward or troubleshoot issues

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of technical project management experience or similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project), and other relevant IT systems.

  • Previous residential (Single Family or Multifamily) real estate experience preferred

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$86,860.00 - $173,720.00
