Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will manage and implement digital transformation initiatives for clients looking to adopt digital technology in order to digitize non-digital products, services or operations. Program workstreams may cross a variety of departments with the goal of increasing value through innovation, invention, customer experience or efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader proficient in managing and implementing complex programs to ensure success through adjustments to scope, budget, communications, and timing.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, support and guide them through digital transformation projects utilizing their experience in digital technical and formal project management methodology. This role must be able to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles and be able to share this knowledge. This role requires strong executive communication skills. This position is fully remote, primarily working in EST time zone.Qualified candidates must live in the United States and be able to work EST hours to qualify.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive complex programs through the development of strategies that support business cases and high-level project plans

Ensure the integration of projects by adjusting the scope, timing and budgets based on business needs while coordinating with Project Managers to define the program plan.

Improve project management processes by serving as a subject matter expert (SME)

Drive the program management process to deliver project scope on time and within budget with responsibilities that include directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating, and communicating resource needs, supervising quality reviews and managing issue resolution

Track key project milestones and recommend/make adjustments to complete projects on time and ensure high-quality deliverables

Identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals or enhance program strategies by partnering with senior leadership and other stakeholders within the business community

Encourage enterprise-wide excellence by supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience

Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 7 years project management experience specifically with business transformation, digital transformation and/or change management experience

Proficient in prioritizing and organizing programs while defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Ability to effectively analyze and interpret data and show sound judgment to accomplish job duties

History of influencing internal and external stakeholders while developing working relationships with peers and project members

Expert at managing large, complex, strategic projects and budgets that impact the entire organization

Successful track record of implementing program and project plans and monitoring progress, resource usage and quality

Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans to eliminate or mitigate identified risks

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance

Effective written and communication skills with all levels of an organization

Confident when preparing and delivering data-driven presentations

Deadline-driven with the ability to resolve issues while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, Chalk, & MS Outlook

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, Business, Engineering, Technology or similar

PMP, Project management certification or successful completion of recognized project management courses desired

Change management certification, PROSCI, a plus
