ABOUT THE JOB

The Product Operations Associate will play a key role in improving operational workflows, managing data-driven insights, and driving cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, operations, and production teams for Sentry. This role ensures Anduril’s surveillance and autonomous systems are developed, deployed, and supported with maximum efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DODocumentation & Training

  • Support technical writing, including creation of Interface Control Documentation (ICD).
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation, FAQs, and internal resources including Confluence.
  • Help onboard and train internal teams on new product features and updates.
  • Create knowledge bases and self-service guides for stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Efficiency

  • Develop and improve operational workflows to support product development.
  • Identify inefficiencies in product operations and propose scalable solutions.
  • Ensure process consistency across product teams (PMs, TPMs, Engineers, and other stakeholders).

Data Management & Insights

  • Gather, analyze, and maintain product data to support decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products.
  • Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product performance and user feedback.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on product updates, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Manage documentation, meeting notes, and action items to drive execution and follow-through.

Tooling & Systems Management

  • Maintain and improve product-related tools (e.g., JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Salesforce).
  • Support automation efforts to streamline product and program management processes.
  • Ensure data integrity across product and business systems.

Customer & Market Feedback Integration

  • Work with customer support and sales teams to gather insights on product pain points.
  • Ensure feedback loops between customers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Track and prioritize customer requests in product backlogs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Program Management, Data Analytics or a similar role.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Airtable).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes.

Operational & Project Management Skills

  • Experience optimizing workflows, documenting processes, and improving team efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, or cross-functional initiatives.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Support, and Sales.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback and business insights.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Ability to analyze problems, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

US Salary Range

$100,000$150,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
