Product Marketing Manager
Who You Are:

  • A versatile product marketer with a track record of executing successful product launches and go-to-market strategies and campaigns
  • A strong storyteller who can translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with home service business owners
  • Curious and deeply customer-focused, with a knack for understanding pain points and positioning solutions that solve real problems
  • Comfortable in a scrappy, startup environment - you test, learn, iterate, and aren’t afraid to pivot when needed


Desirable Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company, ideally within FSM, home services, or communication technology
  • Proven ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or scaling marketing for a high-growth company
  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM integrations, AI-powered solutions, or lead generation platforms


What You’ll Do:

  • Own product positioning by defining how we communicate our value and differentiate in the market
  • Launch and execute new products and go-to-market campaigns, including PR, email, social, and sales enablement
  • Understand the competitive landscape by tracking market trends, analyzing competitors, and refining our messaging

  • Base salary range of $75K-$85K annually, depending on experience

Our Interview Process:

  1. 15-minute intro call with recruiting department
  2. 30-minute-deep dive with our Director of GTM Strategy to discuss product vision and market strategy
  3. 30-minute marketing strategy discussion with key stakeholders from Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  4. Work assignment to showcase how you approach problem-solving and messaging
  5. Reference checks to confirm what we’ve learned throughout the process
