Job Summary: 

As a Product Line Manager, you will be pivotal in curating and optimizing our product portfolio to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer delight. You will craft the product briefs, partner with Product Development & Marketing to drive go-to-market strategies, and build the fundamental strategic analyses to ensure financial and customer success. This position is ideal for a strategic professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute immediate impact.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Strategic thinking: Tap into existing data and market insights to drive the category roadmap through comprehensive product brief development
  • Quantitative analysis: Build strategic models to inform new opportunities through forecasting, unit economics modeling, and ad-hoc customer and sales analyses
  • Drive results: Implement strategies and promote accountability throughout the organization to improve key metrics such as NPS, gross margin, and conversion rate
  • Experimental design: Design and execute on new product demand tests to ensure the business has the right information needed to inform future product strategy
  • Market knowledge: Build a fundamental understanding of your assigned category through in-depth competitor analysis and market research
  • Presentation skills: Craft and present compelling materials to drive cross-functional buy-in to key product initiatives and launches
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Product Marketing, and Operations to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure adherence to the product brief

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, strategy / analytics, or related roles in a CPG or retail environment
  • Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives that result in significant revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical & financial acumen, including ability to develop supporting materials
  • Significant experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred: 

  • Experience in home goods / interiors
  • Experience in product development, product marketing, or related disciplines

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $115,000 per year base salary
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
