Location: This role is hybrid located in the Costa Mesa, CA office. This role will require up to 10% of the time to visit customers and teams in Boston, Dublin, Toronto, and London.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences across a variety of user types and interfaces. In this role, you will play a pivotal part to ensure that every touchpoint—whether on hardware or digital interfaces—enhances usability and performance. Your ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new challenges will be essential in shaping the future of our global products.
About The Roll*
- Collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand users, translating that understanding into design artifacts that shape thinking and guide development
- Design intuitive experiences across hardware, responsive web, and native mobile platforms, delivering clear and actionable wireframes, workflows, and prototypes that ensure seamless interaction across physical and digital touchpoints
- Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
- Conduct and support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design

- Experience applying holistic design approaches, including journey mapping, to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learning quickly and adapting to new challenges.
- Proven experience designing intuitive, scalable UI for hardware devices, ensuring seamless physical-digital interactions with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Track record of shipping high-quality, consumer-grade products.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools.
- Strong design craft with expertise in rapid prototyping and iteration

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$115,000—$184,000 USD
