About the Role:
We’re looking for experienced Solution Engineer with a strong focus on delivering impactful product demonstrations to credit unions in the U.S. This fully remote role combines technical expertise with sales skills to showcase the value of our IT solutions. If you have experience working with credit unions in the U.S. and a proven ability to sell IT products, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft customized product demonstrations that highlight our solutions.
- Present compelling, tailored demos to credit union stakeholders, showcasing the value of our offerings in enhancing their operations and member experience.
- Act as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate technical capabilities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance demo effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client input and demo experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with credit unions in the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to sell IT products, with a focus on financial services technology.
- Strong background in creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Solid understanding of financial services technology, including mobile banking, core systems, and payment solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and travel as needed for client meetings or events.
