Overview:

Pacvue is seeking a summer hire to support the People Experience (PX) team in enhancing employee engagement, learning and development, and overall workplace culture in a remote-first environment. This position will provide hands-on experience in HR strategy, employee engagement programs, and operational improvements related to onboarding, training, and internal communication.

The summer hire will work closely with the Engagement & Development Senior Manager on projects related to Pacvue’s People Experience Pillars: Growth, Well-Being, Belonging, and Community.

Project Scope:

  • Support the development and enhancement of the new hire onboarding experience
  • Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, and recognition programs across a global remote workforce.
  • Help maintain and improve internal PX documentation, SOPs, and content libraries for easier employee access.
  • Analyze engagement and survey data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support PX-related communication, planning, and logistics.

Deliverables/Milestones:

  • Deliverable dependent on the PX focus decided by the Manager and the summer hire
  • A 5-10 minute presentation highlighting key accomplishments, learnings, and recommendations for the PX Team.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand People Experience strategies in a remote SaaS company.
  • Gain experience in onboarding, learning & development, and internal communications.
  • Develop project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Learn about HR technology and data-driven decision-making in employee programs.
  • Enhance collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

This is an hourly contract role intended for college students as a summer internship. The role will start end of May and pays $20 per hour, 35 hours per week for approximately 2 months.
