About the role
As the Partner Management Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of an essential growth function in Business Development and play an important role in its success. You will cultivate relationships with internal partners and provide the appropriate resources by senior team members. You will shadow and get a full understanding of how to develop mutually beneficial distribution partnerships.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Widely support the Partner Management team in its efforts to grow Crunchyroll subscribers and revenue and promote our Flywheel business model initiatives across all distribution outlets.
- Aid in creating several presentations and deck-oriented analyses for the Partner Management team.
- Oversee earned placement tracker, tools, and calendars to capture partner campaigns and circulate among main partners internally.
- Manage and refine the asset pipeline with Partner Marketing by creating requests, monitoring, tracking, and communicating creative asset materials internally.
- Track and measure the results of distribution efforts, contractual compliance, and marketing partnerships, as well as help track partner reporting, data collection, and analysis for important partners.
- Develop an understanding of entertainment industry trends and partner-specific data.
- Support multiple ad-hoc projects with teams like Programming, Finance, Strategy and Planning, CDI, Marketing, Brand Management, Product, Engineering, Content Operations and Enterprise Technology.

About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- 1+ years of experience with approvals or project management.
- Experience keeping track of multiple projects in different stages of completion and progress.
- Experience creating presentations with Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Experience working in partner management or working with vendors.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
- Strong interest in Anime and Japanese pop culture is a huge plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
About the Team
The Partner Management team leads the daily responsibilities of all global distribution outlets within Business Development. Partners include the likes of Amazon, Google, Apple, Samsung, Roku, LG and many more. Focused on maximizing Crunchyroll’s presence across platforms and growing revenue and subscribers - while working with several internal partners (ie Product, Engineering, Marketing). We are composed of passionate experts who are inspired by wanting to make it easier for fans to consume top-notch anime content.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
