We're looking for an Operations Specialist to join our AR Platform team!
What you'll do:
- Prepare partner production guides and serve as an intermediary between partners and our Content team, answering questions and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collect Bitmoji garment feedback and marketing assets and collaborate with production managers to ensure modifications are implemented before collections go live.
- Assist in the onboarding of individuals into a Developer-program for the next generation of AR products, ensuring security and confidentiality guidelines are adhered to.
- Prepare monthly data aggregation of AR Content and rewards participants and processing of payments to rewards recipients through internal systems ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Partner with our AR moderation team to ensure the program's compliance with our Community Guidelines and identify bad actors.
- Support the growth of our AR Ecosystem by serving as a point of contact for all onboarding and logistical inquiries from Creators and Developers
- Manage and maintain the deployment of software with trusted Developers, ensuring bugs and errors are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
- Partner with Developer Relations, Partnerships, and GBX to provide logistical and administrative support during in-person activations and live events.
Legal & Finance Administration
- Support our finance and legal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processes including vendor onboarding, contractual agreements, purchase orders, invoicing, and accruals.
- Continually identify and execute on efficiency improvements by working with cross functional teams to develop templates, self-serve options etc. as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience including relevant internship(s)
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Oracle or similar software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail;
- Team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Innovative, creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize a process
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization juggling multiple time zones
- Experience improving payment processes and team member experience
- Experience navigating complex projects and organizations

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) :
The base hourly range for this position is $33.65-$50.48 hourly.
Zone B :
The base hourly range for this position is $31.73-$48.07 hourly.
Zone C :
The base hourly range for this position is $28.84-$42.78 hourly.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
