We’re seeking a strategic and commercially driven Partner Manager to grow CARTO’s partner-sourced pipeline across the US. You’ll own relationships with top cloud partners, leading joint go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.


This high-impact, high-visibility role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, and spatial analytics or GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for key cloud partners to drive revenue and solution adoption
  • Manage and expand existing partnerships, while identifying and onboarding new ones
  • Execute joint GTM strategies and growth plans with clear revenue goals and KPIs
  • Drive CARTO’s presence across cloud Marketplaces (Google Cloud and, Databricks)
  • Lead internal cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, CS, Product & Engineering
  • Evangelize CARTO externally and represent partner needs internally
  • Analyze partner performance, resolve escalations, and surface growth opportunities
  • Own commercial negotiations and contract processes with partners
  • Travel up to 30% for strategic meetings and QBRs

What You Bring

  • 6-10+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategy roles (SaaS/data/analytics preferred)
  • Proven success growing cloud and tech partnerships with measurable revenue impact
  • Familiarity with Cloud Marketplaces, Software and Data-as-a-Service (Saas, DaaS) models
  • Personal contact network at key Cloud providers such as Google Cloud and Databricks
  • Strong relationship builder with consultative selling and partner enablement experience
  • Skilled in negotiation, partner metrics, and cross-functional leadership
  • Comfortable presenting to internal execs and external stakeholders — virtually and in person
  • High-performing, self-starter with a flexible, fast-paced mindset
  • Experience with spatial analytics or GIS strongly preferred
  • North American and International partner management experience a plus
