As a Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant you can expect to…
- Produce base level gap analysis; Validate business and technical requirements; Participate in analysis phase of projects
- Participate in discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Design meetings
- Document requirements and identify areas in the business process flows relevant for a technical solution
- Create and execute unit-testing scripts based and participate in testing/QA; document results
- Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS w/ Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, etc.; Develop Power Apps within D365
- Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI & KingswaySoft
- Use SQL development, optimization, debugging, security, and tracing
- Write unit tests for completed development components of projects
- Write D365 CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration
- Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation
- Configure D365 CRM with Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with recent versions of Dynamics 365/CRM
- 2+ years of technical experience working with technologies including but not limited to: C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
- Experience with managing solutions and configurations of D365CE including, but not limited to: forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows
- Ability to understand client needs and technical requirements, map solutions, translate business requirements into technical specs and deliverables
- UX design experience developing wireframes and workflows
- Ability to manage a sub-work stream within a project start to finish
- Experience with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, or BizTalk, a plus
