We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead the deployment of our marketing strategies across key product lines at the country or subregion level. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the industrial field, preferably in the automotive aftersales sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with country-specific needs and objectives.
- Manage the local marketing budget in collaboration with the Country Refinish Director.
- Understand local market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive effective execution and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with key customers and market players, representing the company as a local marketing leader.
- Work with central product management to optimize the product portfolio for customer needs and market penetration.
- Promote and oversee Digital Color Solutions value propositions, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Design and monitor promotional programs and communication activities to increase customer loyalty and sales.

- New/Strategic Products Sales
- Metrics related to key strategic initiatives
- Alignment score on strategy consistency with country-specific objectives
- Market share
- Stakeholder satisfaction score
- Data accuracy rate in market intelligence reports
- Customer satisfaction with product range and pricing
- Sales growth attributed to digital initiatives
- ROI for promotional/communication sales activities
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Chemicals.
- Minimum of 7 years in the industrial field, preferably in the automotive aftersales sector, and ideally in Refinish.
- Strong marketing background
- Experience in B2B business
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is not essential but highly desired
- Proficient in English; Greek and another language are a plus
- This position requires 25% travel
