As our Marketing Program Manager, you’ll drive critical marketing initiatives like trade shows, events, and channel marketing. This highly visible role will allow you to flex your project management skills, streamline processes, and make sure our marketing efforts are firing on all cylinders. What You’ll Power Up:


  • Lead the charge in planning and executing trade shows and events that spotlight RAB’s groundbreaking products and mission.
  • Ignite channel marketing programs that drive revenue, aligning with sales teams and partners to maximize opportunities.
  • Keep our marketing activities running smoothly with detailed reporting and analytics, tracking performance and ensuring we hit all our goals.
  • Oversee the budget for trade shows, events, and channel programs, making sure everything stays on track and within scope.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure team alignment and that all marketing materials are delivered on time and on-brand.
  • Use project management tools like Wrike to stay organized, manage deadlines, and optimize workflows for flawless execution.


Your Bright Talents:


  • Proven success in managing marketing programs – you’ve rocked trade shows, events, and channel marketing initiatives.
  • A knack for project management with the ability to juggle multiple programs without dropping the ball.
  • Experience tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to keep projects on track and team productivity high.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in B2B or lighting/electrical industries.
  • A passion for working with cross-functional teams and bringing big ideas to life.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
