Why Join Eve:
As our first Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Director of Lifecycle Marketing, Director of Growth Marketing, and Director of Revenue Operations to bring operational rigor to our demand engine. This is a foundational role that blends process, systems, and analytics to drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll help us scale campaign execution, improve funnel conversion, and ensure data-driven decisions across all marketing functions. You’ll work cross-functionally and be a key architect in how marketing operates as Eve continues to grow rapidly.
What You Will Accomplish:
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (including HubSpot, and other data and attribution tools) to improve campaign execution, reporting accuracy, and lead routing
- Partner with lifecycle, events, and growth marketing to streamline workflows, build infrastructure for attribution, and ensure consistency across GTM programs
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel health
- Develop and implement lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and data governance processes in coordination with RevOps and Sales Ops
- Improve the marketing-to-sales handoff process through better automation, reporting, and SLA alignment
- Support event marketing efforts by ensuring leads from field events and conferences are accurately captured, routed, and tracked
- Help drive operational excellence across the entire marketing org through systems design, project management, and performance metrics
What We Are Looking For:
- 4–7 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations
- Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong skills in data analysis, campaign tracking, and attribution modeling
- Experience supporting event and lifecycle marketing programs with clear performance metrics
- Admin level experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving priorities
- Clear communicator who can translate between technical systems and go-to-market strategy
You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- A builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating systems and processes from scratch and iterating quickly
- A passion for metrics — you love clean dashboards, attribution accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Experience supporting teams that run field marketing and lifecycle programs
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing/GTM tools
- A low-ego, collaborative style that builds trust across functions
- A desire to make a big impact at an early-stage, high-growth company
Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
