The Manager, FP&A will play a key role in supporting the Global Platform Group (GPG) by managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while providing actionable insights to optimize costs and enhance financial performance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FP&A, financial operations, and process improvement within a technology or digital business environment. They should possess a strong understanding of key business drivers and metrics relevant to GPG. Additionally, they should be proficient in developing sophisticated financial models that drive value and have a proven track record of implementing best practices, leveraging new technologies, and enhancing financial processes within an FP&A or commercial-business finance organization
Your role:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Monitor and analyze financial performance, tracking key variances.
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is properly recorded and reported.
- Project Support & Cost Optimization: assist in implementing projects, identifying cost reduction opportunities within GPG, improving operations.
- End-to-End Financial Operations & Modeling for GPG processes.
- Financial modeling, analysis, and support for capital investments and ad hoc projects.
- Work closely with controllership and internal audit to ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and SOX requirements.
- Supervise and manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex.
- Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance.
- Supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively to stakeholders.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $110,600.00 - $188,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
