Job Summary:

Do you live and breathe digital content? Are you obsessed with discovering fresh creators and building authentic partnerships that resonate with audiences? e.l.f. Beauty is on the hunt for a Manager, Creator Marketing to lead the charge in developing and executing our creator strategy across all brands. You’ll be the mastermind behind innovative creator content, growing relationships that drive engagement, and making sure our creator community feels like part of the e.l.f. family. If you’re a content connoisseur with a passion for beauty and a keen eye for trends, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead e.l.f.’s creator marketing strategy across all platforms, creating engaging and impactful campaigns.

- Scout and onboard new creators who align with e.l.f.’s values, aesthetic, and vibe.

- Build and manage creator-led content campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and create buzz.

- Cultivate a thriving creator community program, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

- Oversee the creation of clear, inspiring creator briefs and content guidelines that spark creativity.

- Manage creator contracts, deliverables, and payments to keep things smooth and efficient.

- Track and analyze creator content performance, providing insights and recommendations to elevate our campaigns.

- Work closely with our social media team to make sure creator content hits the mark for each platform’s unique vibe.

- Plan and execute fun creator events and virtual networking opportunities to keep our community engaged.

- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and platform updates in the creator and content world.

- Manage relationships with creator management platforms and tools to streamline processes.

- Build and maintain creator content calendars, aligning them with broader marketing initiatives.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing your creator marketing expertise and tips for building strong relationships.


What You’ll Bring:

- 3-5 years of experience in creator marketing, content strategy, or a similar role.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in creating and executing successful creator marketing campaigns.

- Deep understanding of content creation best practices across major social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

- Experience with creator management platforms and analytics tools to measure success.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.

- Excellent project management skills—juggling multiple projects is your superpower.

- Budget management experience with a knack for tracking ROI.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with creators.

- Familiarity with FTC guidelines and disclosure requirements for influencer campaigns.

- Experience negotiating creator contracts and managing deliverables like a pro.

- Ability to spot emerging trends and creator talent before they go viral.

- A passion for beauty and a deep understanding of the industry’s latest trends.

- Strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and management companies.

- A finger on the pulse of digital culture, with an understanding of creator and social trends.
