The Opportunity:

The Role:

In this role, you will report to the Director of Brand Strategy and Operations, and help guide Tubi’s brand strategy. You will identify insights and synthesize them into innovative marketing strategies, partnering with internal and external teams to transform briefs into creative ideas, and support long-range planning of the brand. 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide long-range planning for the brand by contextualizing the landscape through:
    • Competitive analysis in category (positioning, strategic efficacy, green space analysis)
    • Audience trends and psychographics (in partnership with Marketing Research and Insights)
    • Marketing innovation opportunities
  • Develop sharp and actionable strategic briefs that can spark campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure external facing narratives and messaging align with Tubi’s brand. 
  • Rigorously evaluate brand performance against KPIs and market research to identify what we should keep, stop, and start for future marketing efforts. 
  • Spot the difference between an observation and insight. 
  • Distill Marketing and Communications programs into concise narratives as to how they align to brand northstars. 

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of brand management or strategy experience including developing briefs for large 360 campaigns. 
  • Proven track record of managing agency relationships to maximize quality of strategy and concepting.
  • Experience with user research and brand lift studies and development. 
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Expert deck making and presentation skills, able to make the complex simple and easy to understand.
  • Customer-obsessed with limitless curiosity about our audiences within the context of the ever-evolving cultural landscape.
  • Strategic thought partner and strong team player able to influence without authority.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
