Lendbuzz is seeking a highly motivated Luxury Auto Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in luxury automotive finance to drive growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The position is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge and the ability to manage and close high-value finance deals in the luxury automotive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive the acquisition of high-value accounts within the luxury automotive market, focusing on luxury dealerships and high-net-worth clients. Expand Lendbuzz’s presence and market share in this premium segment.
  • Account Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with key dealership partners and individual luxury car buyers. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and maximum value from Lendbuzz’s financing solutions.
  • Financial Analysis & Deal Structuring: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, structuring customized finance solutions. Utilize your financial acumen to analyze market data, interpret financial reports, and deliver insights that align with the client’s business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with dealerships and high-value clients, ensuring competitive and beneficial deal structures. Influence key stakeholders through excellent communication and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends within the luxury automotive sector, continuously analyzing competitor offerings and market conditions. Use this knowledge to adjust strategies and ensure Lendbuzz remains a leader in luxury auto finance.
  • Travel & Client Engagement: Travel extensively across the United States as needed to meet with dealership partners, attend industry events, and foster relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or sales, with a strong focus on the luxury automotive market.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts, especially within the luxury automotive space.
  • Extensive knowledge of and network within the luxury automotive industry, including relationships with luxury dealerships and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and close deals with a variety of audiences, including high-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States to meet client needs and expand market reach.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
