THE MISSION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Economy LiveOps Manager to oversee the live operations and management of in-game economies for our flagship title; Big Time. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of free-to-play game monetization, retention strategies, economic principles, player behavior, and data analytics. This knowledge is essential to ensure our live games are balanced, engaging, and sustainable. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating live events, managing updates, and optimizing strategies for player engagement and monetization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage a live ops and monetization strategy to meet audience and business goals
  • Oversee daily strategy execution, including event schedules and KPI targets
  • Lead the roadmap for new features and tools, coordinating with stakeholders for development
  • Work with analysts to analyze game performance and pinpoint engagement and monetization opportunities
  • Provide expertise in free-to-play live ops, feature design, and monetization practices

DESIRABLE

  • Unreal engine experience
  • Experience playing games in the genre, Path of Exile, Diablo, Last Epoch, etc..
