About the Role:

This is an incredible opportunity to join an amazing team and play a key role in our continued growth as we expand into new international markets. The International Marketing Associate will support the International Strategy and Marketing teams in the cross-functional planning and execution of new market launches and international marketing initiatives including product launches, promotions and daily operations. This role will manage varying degrees of projects with cross-functional stakeholders and will need to have the ability to navigate competing priorities with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure we reach the finish line for each project.

This role will report to the Sr. Manager of International Strategy.

This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey. CA.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $70,000 - $90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Project manage all key elements of new geo launches, working closely with Product Launch, Operations, and International Strategy teams on feasibility of plans, product readiness, and sample timelines for marketing needs
  • Ideate on new promotional strategies, messaging, and offers
  • Manage international launch timelines, plan requirements, set and manage project schedules
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders; it is your role to coordinate with teams, ensure all key details are clearly presented and understood, and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines
  • Create, own and continually manage international marketing calendars, project timelines and shared asset drive
  • Align with marketing teams on asset needs and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on all asset creation requests
  • Support cross-channel alignment on copy and creative assets for ads, social, email, web banners, product pages, etc.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, advertising, business development or related, including project management/coordination (eCommerce experience is a plus)
  • Confidence in learning new Project Management systems (bonus points if you’ve worked in monday.com directly!)
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and feel comfortable managing multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently
  • Must possess very strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute with minimal direction
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and present it in an organized, easily digestible format
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Multilingual is a plus
  • Gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
  • Has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome
  • Proactively helps others stays positive, and has a good sense of humor
