ROLE: INFLUENCER DIRECTOR

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This isn’t a traditional team, and you’re not a traditional marketer. As the Kitchen’s Director of Influencer you will be on the ground floor of building out a capability to address the next chapter of the creator economy. Your years of experience in strategy, managing influencer teams on the agency or brand side puts you in the unique position to understand how the industry has grown and where it is going. You also have the necessary skill of bringing cross-functional teams along for the journey.

This is currently a Hybrid work opportunity with 2 days in office in either Toronto or Chicago.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Build Out a New influencer Capability: Through the lens of The Kitchen, codify influencer creative capabilities at portfolio level across key brands, enable innovative go-to-market strategies and growth for the practice at Kraft Heinz.
  • Influencer Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive and innovative influencer marketing strategies tailored to priority brands’ unique needs and objectives.
  • Influencer Vendor Management: Oversee and direct partner agencies work and measurement.
  • Influencer Identification and Recruitment: Help identify and recruit influencers who align with our brands’ values, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse network of influencers on behalf of Kraft Heinz.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to influencers to ensure that their content aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Measurement and Reporting: In partnership with The Kitchen’s performance team and Kraft Heinz media team, develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of influencer campaigns at the highest level. Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
  • Brand Partner Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand teams regarding influencer strategy and campaign updates. Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and results effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 

  • 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem solving.

Experience working with CPG or culinary-related fields is preferred
