At INGENIOUS.BUILD, we have developed a top-notch platform for companies in the real estate and construction industries worldwide. Our platform enables companies to easily manage all aspects of their projects from start to finish, both internally and with other project participants.

Joining INGENIOUS.BUILD means embarking on an incredible journey to create the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project. You'll be building what some consider the holy grail of construction project management. It's a big, bold, and audacious endeavor, and if you have what it takes, you'll play a direct role in its development.

And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll be directly involved in its development. The rest, as they say, will be history...

About the role:

As an Implementation Manager at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you will be crucial in welcoming the client post-sale, curating the onboarding experience, and training our customers on how to use the features in our platform to optimize client retention. Reporting directly to the Director of Account Management, you will be able to excel in teaching the client INGENIOUS.BUILD tools and usage. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology, has confidence teaching and building fast rapport, has the ability to adapt on a whim, and has the attention to detail that will improve our overall customer experience. Experience in construction management and knowledge of the AECO industry is a must!

In this position, you will:

  • Conduct analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change
  • Onboard and train our customers on industry workflows and best practices for using our platform
  • Deliver 5 star Virtual and Onsite training while staying lively and properly engaging your audience
  • Properly document follow-ups and interface with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactively monitor platform usage and reach out to key stakeholders as needed
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and work with internal teams to define and execute strategies that secure retention
  • Ensure cross-functional partnering and growth strategy between sales, customer success, and product

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Understand how to leverage Ingenious resources to educate customers and provide relevant adoption, best practices, and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements that support customer needs
  • Leverage AECO domain and product knowledge to motivate customer adoption and expose opportunities to expand Ingenious's footprint
  • Experience creating advocates by ensuring that customers achieve desired outcomes while maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience in facilitating initial discovery, scoping, and running training sessions
  • Understanding of construction management and AECO industry knowledge is preferred
  • Top-notch communication skills are a must

As we are willing to consider a wide range of experience levels for this position—and are considering a rather wide-ranging spectrum of factors in our evaluation (including, but not limited to, specific skills, prior experience (both in the position and otherwise), location, fit, and aptitude, and are willing to hire based upon a broad mix of the foregoing)—the compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between $85,000 and $100,000; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon circumstances we did not reasonably foresee when making this posting.

We're fired up to learn more about you to see how you can help us on our mission!

We genuinely look forward to receiving your application after submitting your information a member from the Recruitment Team will reach out accordingly.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
