What You’ll Do

As the Global Senior Manager, HR Technology, you will:

  • Lead a team of Workday Configuration Analysts and drive the HR Technology strategy.
  • Serve as the Workday HCM module lead, providing support to HR, Payroll, and other Workday users across the organization.
  • Design, configure, test, and implement Workday features, business processes, and enhancement requests.
  • Conduct gap analyses, recommend process optimizations, and drive continuous system improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, understanding their needs and providing actionable data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting capabilities.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts, addressing complex system/process questions and managing change requests.
  • Collaborate with business partners to design and build reports using Workday’s report-writing tools.
  • Support HR-related integrations, working closely with technical teams to manage current integrations and implement new ones.

What We’re Looking For

10-15 years of experience in HR Technology, with a strong focus on Workday.
7-10 years of domain experience in HRIS, HR Tech, or a related field.
5-7 years of management experience, leading teams and driving strategy.
✅ Expertise in Workday HCM, business process configuration, and reporting.
✅ Strong ability to analyze business needs and optimize HR technology solutions.
