Job Title: Global Experiences Senior Manager, UGG
Reports to:  Director, Digital, Social, and Community Experiences
Location:  Greater Los Angeles Area, CA (Hybrid)

The Role

This person will be responsible for evolving and executing the global experiences strategy with guidance from the Director of Digital, Social, and Community Experiences. They will work on multiple seasons at once, strategically planning ahead and executing multiple events in season. The events will be comprised of key global experiences and frequent North America-specific experiences. They will work with the internal team and a network of agencies and freelancers to conceptualize, scope, and execute global and US based events.

They will help build the UGG community through best-in-class experiences that bring our purpose, promise, and principles to life in an engaging and aesthetically pleasing manner that is signature to UGG. Their work will help build belong for our target consumer and turn consumers and partners into brand advocates.

This role will sit within the larger Global Marketing team and work most closely with experiences, influencer, social, and PR teams.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop global evergreen experiences strategy in partnership with the Director, Digital, Social, and Community Experiences. Strategy will bring to life brand purpose, promise, and principles, connect with target consumers, and build upon existing key experiences. Experiences to include range of VIP, influencer, PR, and consumer.
  • Suggest, own, and execute key experiences throughout the calendar year that bring to life the strategy at key moments within the US and occasionally outside the US. Experiences should bring the evergreen strategy to life while also aligning with seasonal marketing dates and initiatives.
  • Facilitate global strategic alignment with regional teams, providing leadership and support for regional execution of the global strategy. Communicate with regional teams on a consistent basis. Work cross-functionally to bring to life experiences that sit within one cohesive brand vision and are maximized across consumer touchpoints.
  • Manage external partners, building out roster of agencies, freelancers, and vendors to help

Who You Are

  • 8-10 years’ experience in VIP, influencer, and consumer experiential marketing within fashion or lifestyle
  • 5+ years team and agency management experience
  • Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

$125,000 - $135,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Los Angeles, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
