Job Summary
Reporting to the Global Product Marketing Manager, the Global Associate Product Marketing Manager will play a vital role in supporting global Public Safety Product marketing efforts, ensuring our products are effectively positioned, marketed, and sold across channels. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and grow within our organization. You will work closely with product management, channel marketing, marketing communications, and the regional sales teams in supporting the mission of the growth of ZOLL's Public Safety Product portfolio. In addition, you will have the opportunity to become a product expert across ZOLL's Public Safety Product portfolio, including public access AED's, Stop The Bleed Trauma Kits, and ZOLL's SaaS offerings.
Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with Product Management to define and refine strategies for product updates, modifications, and new offerings based on market insights.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning using insights to influence product positioning, sales tools, and strategy development.
  • Perform in-depth competitive analysis by evaluating research findings to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, leveraging these insights to help refine product positioning, optimize sales tools, and shape strategic direction.
  • Assist in creating positioning and messaging strategies to ensure consistency across global sales and marketing channels.
  • Support product launches, segmentation strategies, and other global initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with channel marketing and sales on the effective creation and delivery of sales tools and marketing assets to empower ZOLL sales teams and distributor teams to communicate product benefits, features, and value to end-user customers.
  • Act as a liaison for category expertise, collaborating with Product Management to provide industry intelligence, identify market trends, and ensure product updates, modifications, and new offerings align with evolving market needs and customer requirements.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven ability to analyze market research and competitive data, translating insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a talent for creating compelling materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing tools and materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with other marketing tools.
  • Experience with connected products, B2B technology-based products, or SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to team success.
