What about you? As an experienced UX/UI Design Freelancer, you will work closely with other members of our Creative Services team to shape the digital experiences that users interact with daily. You’re a Figma wiz, and a subject matter expert in creating user-centered designs by leveraging research and data to create wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and design systems.

Your compensation and details of work will look like…

  • $65-95/hour, depending on the scope of the project
  • Payment will be on an hourly rate, within the predefined scope of work hours
  • Location: US-based remote
  • Capacity: Variable, demand-based hours
  • Duration: Ongoing, with multiple projects forecasted through end of 2025

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…

  • Create user-driven wireframes that leverage existing qualitative research and quantitative data to inform your design decisions
  • Craft responsive UI designs and systems using Figma variables, auto-layout features, and prototyping
  • Defining functional requirements and interactivity while working within known development constraints
  • Proactively manage work - review project plans and briefs, flagging any dependencies or concerns

The skills you’ll bring to the table…

  • 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI Design, agency experience preferred
  • Expert in Figma, adeptly using frames, auto layout, components & variables, creating custom styles & libraries, and creating design elements to-spec
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Staying up to date on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiencies and insights
  • Previous consultative experience in the digital marketing space (SEO, CRO, etc.)
