Facilities Coordinator

We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator for Reformation’s downtown Los Angeles Factory, which houses corporate, factory and warehouse teams. The Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for all team members and guests for day-to-day operations questions and support to help make the Factory a safe, clean, comfortable, and effective work environment. 


What You’ll Do:

Visitor Experience

  • Create an inclusive environment by greeting team, vendors, and other visitors in a personable and genuine way 
  • Notify team members of visitor arrival
  • Ensure building security by monitoring visitor entry
  • Maintain attractive and tidy reception area

Employee Experience

  • Coordinate ongoing culture programs and communications such as birthdays, onsite volunteer events, and employee appreciation events
  • Facilitate event setups at the Factory (e.g. All Hands, monthly trainings, etc.)  with cross functional departments such as Technology, People, and Culture Committees 
  • Organize information about the facilities and keep employees informed of any changes
  • Assist with all supply ordering for Vernon location and ensure supplies and any incoming mail are delivered and given to the correct team member in a timely manner

Facilities Support 

  • Assist Facilities & Workplace Experience Manager with administrative, research, and clerical tasks
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen basics 
  • Make sure kitchen and meeting spaces are stocked, organized, and tidy 
  • Manage all relationships with facilities vendors including security, custodial, equipment rentals
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance or service requests for equipment and building systems
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ year relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. 
  • Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM at our Vernon office
  • Must be fluent in both English & Spanish 
  • Positive and supportive, able to work under pressure with a helpful attitude, team player
  • Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Displays an understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand and sustainable mission.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • High standards of customer service
