Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Business Operations Specialist (Level 3) to join our Business Operations team in Seal Beach, California.
The selected candidate will support the Out of Production Program office and other functional teams supporting multiple aspects within Boeing Customer Support.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the development and integration of strategies and processes within multiple Customer Support organizations focusing on the Out of Production Engineering team
- Collect, organize and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of projects to ensure successful execution and integration across the value stream
- Support the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies
- Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine project plans as needed
- Support the coordination and clarify the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and objectives
- Ensure follow up action for issue resolution
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 3+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- 3+ years of experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders
- 1+ year of experience managing projects & using standard project management tools (ex. Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, status charts, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings & presenting to senior leaders
- 1+ years of experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
- 3+ years of experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- 3+ years of experience with program oversight & metrics reporting

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $104,000 - $126,500
