JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Broadcast Distribution is responsible for overseeing the distribution of FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports, and FOX News content across FOX’s O&O and affiliate body. We have a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be a career Executive Assistant to be an Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing in Los Angeles. The Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing will report to the Executive Vice President, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing, and will support the Senior Vice President, as well as various group members.  In this exciting role the Executive Assistant, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing will be responsible for supporting the daily needs of the executive team, as well as various office responsibilities. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travel and expenses for senior executives
  • Manage team calendars and set meetings
  • Answer phones for 6 executives
  • Book conference rooms
  • Maintain the copy/premium room
  • OKTA onboarding for all stations
  • Send department e-alerts
  • Post various assets to the FOX Affiliate portal as needed (including logs and e-alert, quarterly reports, presentations, and marketing one sheets) 
  • Maintain fulfillment tracking
  • Monitor the FOX Affiliate Facebook page
  • Order office supplies
  • Other jobs as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to manage time and priorities

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • SalesForce or other tracking system experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $26.50-32.70 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $22.00-27.25 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
