ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a early in career ERP Solutions Analysts to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and driving adoption of our ERP to ensure Anduril is successful for the near and long term. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, sales, accounting, finance, and more to understand their business requirements, ERP design, defect/bug root cause, and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Enable and support ERP processes across the enterprise, including new acquisitions.
  • Partner with internal/external customers to identify needs, confirm technical feasibility, foster stakeholder alignment/approvals, and lead cross-functional team collaboration to deliver best in class solutions to our business.
  • Understand E2E business processes and enabling business systems products to resolve support requests, continuous improvement, and changing customer needs.
  • Support our business users and leverage customer insights to read between the lines and establish clarity around requirements and issues.
  • Translate assignments into actionable plans by understanding business requirements and ERP capabilities/feature sets.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues to determine the opportunity size and business impact.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate system tools and product solutions into the company's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal product development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy.
  • Contribute to business systems products or technical knowledge assets by documenting all existing/new features, capabilities of our ERP solutions.
  • Support and deliver enterprise model product training to SMEs/business users as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes ERP solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • Valid passport and willing to travel 50%-75% of the time to visit other sites (international travel may be required).
  • Structured Communication – Must be able to communicate across a broad range of end-users, SMEs, and technology team members across the organization.
  • Business Acumen – Must have a solid understanding of Order to Cash, Logistics as well as a fundamental understanding of, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance/Accounting functions.
  • Problem Solving – Can formulate recommendations and strategies using fact-based analysis and proven methodologies, such as systems thinking, five whys, decision trees, etc.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and End-Users while employing a high degree of collaboration and accountability.
  • Strong business and technical communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to convey messages in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Fundamental understanding with cloud-based ERPs and Bolt-On tools (Oracle Fusion, SAP S4 Hana, NetSuite, Team Center, Salesforce, Ramp, Egencia, etc.)
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.

US Salary Range

$122,000$183,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
