As an Enterprise Project Manager you will: 

  • Execution ofmultiple,simultaneous multiyear Enterprise Professional Services Projects for customers 
  • Build detailed project plans, Gantts, and understand complex project documentation 
  • Understanding of customer contracts as it applies to project deliverables and timelines 
  • Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery 
  • Scheduleand leadinternal and externalvideo conference callswithProfessional Services,Sales, Partner, and Customer stakeholders 
  • Comprehend and articulate theTimeClock Plussolution in the context of the Customers use cases and workflows 
  • Perform planning, analysis, coordination, and reporting activities to keep projects and tasks on schedule, updating the status 
  • Track project progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies 
  • Establish processes and tools thatenhanceteamproductivity and improve the customer experience   
  • Create and manage project assets (e.g., project plans, communication plans, test plans, risk mitigation plans, and other project management and planning documents) according to requirements and needs. 
  • Create and manage documentation, reporting (including government compliance), billing, travel, change management, and other requirements. 
  • Identify necessary resources and align across multiple teams for assignment and management of individual tasks, in order to deliver the project on a budget and schedule that meets customer expectations. 
  • Manage and track both business and technical deliverables, across Clients and internal teams. Ensure accurate reporting, including time-tracking and budget adherence. 
  • Ensure successful project wrap-up and transition to ongoing Support, both in relation to the Client’s experience, and internal communication and documentation. 
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of statuses and changes and escalate issues or misalignments throughout the business, as necessary. 
  • Define and recommend processes and procedures to facilitate better service delivery to Engagement manager for Clients. 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree ina technical or quantitative discipline 
  • A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience delivering successful implementations for SaaS clients, ideally with Enterprise level customers. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skillswiththe ability to multitask and manage multiple complex multiyear projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to drive activity and influence people across the organization 
  • Expertise facilitating meetings with complex, cross functional and distributed teams 
  • Effectively skilled at oral and written communication, diplomacy, and organizing information 
  • A team player who is calm under pressure, and effectively balances building strong working relationships whileholdingworkpartnersaccountable to their commitments 
  • Working knowledge oftechnical systems 
  • Focused, strategic, and driven project manager with an organized and collaborative approach. 
  • Curious by nature, enthusiastic problem solver, and strives to solve things in an efficient but also scalable way. 
  • PMP preferred.
