eCommerce Coordinator 


Job Summary:

The eCommerce Coordinator will support essential day-to-day operations and optimizations for the Ruggable website. The ideal candidate loves to problem solve, has high attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment. This role sits within Ruggable’s Marketing department. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement site merchandising strategies for enhanced product visibility, increased customer engagement, and improved conversion rates. 
  • Develop visually compelling online collections and landing pages that highlight evergreen products, partnership launches, sales, and seasonal themes.
  • Monitor & analyze search keyword data to optimize discoverability of the product assortment. 
  • Support catalog operations, including setting up new products, updating product listings, managing prices, and actioning ad hoc requests.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help action critical tasks related to the launch of new styles, products, and international site expansions. 
  • Regularly report on KPIs related to site metrics, promotional performance, and site enhancements. Proven ability to analyze data, interpret trends, draw conclusions, and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot site issues with cross-functional teams as needed, as well as present ideas for site improvements.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends and industry competitors, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Passion for eCommerce and the home goods industry
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce platform
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent time management, proactive
  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to prioritize, multi-task, and switch tasks fluidly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) & Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the home decor, fashion, or beauty industries
  • Experience with eCommerce systems including: Shopify, Contentful, SearchSpring, Heap, Asana, and/or Looker
  • Experience running A/B tests

  • The position is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 remote days), based in our corporate Gardena, CA office
