About the company

Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale - the current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited scope point solutions or require building custom solutions in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.

That is—until now.

Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:

  • Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus

  • A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end composability—leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine decision intelligence

With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed—they get both.

The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.

Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies—including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, Nike, and more—are innovating on their own terms with Lyric.

We can’t wait to see what our customers—both current and future—are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Demand Generation professional to join as an early member of our GTM organization. Qualified candidates will have multiple examples of building high-impact ABM campaigns from 0-1, deep digital marketing acumen, data fluency, and should have experience building multi-threaded programs for the Fortune 1,000.

What You’ll Do

  • Run high-impact ABM campaigns and deploy other best-in-class demand generation strategies to consistently deliver qualified opportunities across different industries and personas to our sales team

  • Establish our brand as a thought leader in the supply chain technology space through strategic content creation and targeted industry engagement as well as website optimization/SEO to enhance overall digital presence

  • Join Lyric’s CEO, Head of GTM, Head of Sales, and the highly experienced sales & ops teams in evangelizing in the market

  • Set the frameworks for our core demand generation strategies across the entire business and eventually build out teams to scale the strategies with the most potential

  • Budget, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing events strategy, including Lyric’s flagship Market Event (Lyric Empower), industry conferences, and field marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence

  • Guide design of sales & marketing enablement tools and workflows to support efficient lead generation and conversion

About You

  • Proven track record driving demand generation and growth, with significant experience at high-growth tech companies

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and drive high-impact demand generation in a fast paced and early-stage environment

  • Strong expertise in ABM strategy development and execution, with a history of successfully targeting and penetrating enterprise accounts

  • Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and modern demand generation tech stack optimization

We’re Also Looking For

  • Proven track record of overachievement

  • Self-starter with infectious enthusiasm, an out-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunities and solutions, not roadblocks, and enough confidence experience to operate without direct guidance

  • Enterprise Technology F1000 sales and marketing experience are a must, while Supply Chain and AI experience is a bonus

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!

Location: Remote - US. Some travel is required.

Compensation: The annual compensation range for this position is $150,000- $250,000 on target earnings, with the final compensation determined based on alignment with responsibilities and years of experience. You will also receive equity in Lyric.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
