The Director, Product, Inventory & Purchasing will be responsible for all aspects of our growing R365 Inventory including the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap. This spans the Inventory foundation, prep & recipes, purchasing, commissary, Intelligence and mobile experience across the Inventory Product. The Director will nurture and grow their teams to help bring this vision to life. You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and key stakeholders to drive the complete Inventory strategy forward.

How you'll add value:

  • Drive, develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for R365’s Inventory & Intelligence
  • Keep up to date on trends in the Back Office, Mobile and Intelligence markets to drive roadmap and strategy
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback that inform product decisions
  • Utilize data and insights to curate ideas to inform the product roadmap and align it to business needs
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our users
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Leadership across the Org to drive our top initiative forward
  • Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage the details
  • Evangelize the platform throughout the org and with customers
  • Receive constructive feedback for the purposes of iterating and improving the product 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple products
  • Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams based on customer, market and internal stakeholder feedback to inform product needs and roadmap prioritization
  • Work with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to strategize on how this product will be rolled out to both prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned to drive the product and teams forward
  • Occasional travel may be required

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equally relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of Product Leadership experience
  • Proven track record creating and growing products through the prioritization, design, and development of ideas
  • Strong business insight and judgment, team-orientated, and provides a collaborative and inclusive style work environment and team dynamic
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical issues effectively and concisely to executives, team members and others
  • Professional stature and gravitas to collaborate with and influence executives, leaders and team members with credibility and confidence
  • High professional standards and expectations for self and others

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience at a Director level in a product strategy or product management role
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS technology company
  • B2B SaaS Vertical Ecosystem experience 
  • Working knowledge of technology points in a restaurant (supply chain; Point of Sales; banking)
  • Agile Methodology experience 
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry
  • General knowledge of labor management technologies

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $167,200-$209,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
