Job Description:

This is a role ideal for someone with the pedigree to manage a team and lead a client relationship, but the desire to stay immersed in the latest social trends and best practices. This role can be remote.

You Will:

  • Develop paid social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok, among others.
  • Develop relationships with important partners at all relevant social media platform partners
  • Explain the details and rationalize recommendations to our client
  • Work with the client services team to manage client relationship as related to paid social strategy, team and performance.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports
  • Establish new projects, grow client revenue
  • Collaborate with other channel teams to ensure consistency across campaigns
  • Contribute to new business development

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in paid social media
  • Experience buying or working within Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and TikTok platforms
  • Knowledge of paid social best practices, advancements and industry trends
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Experience in B2B Paid Social
  • Experience running paid social for large clients
  • Advanced project management skills for managing client expectations
  • Strategic planning experience for revenue and team growth

The anticipated salary range for this position is $99,000-$152,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
