The Role
Are you a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for crafting visually compelling experiences? We are seeking a Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring concepts to life through engaging visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

As a key contributor to our creative process, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Design, marketing teams, and stakeholders to produce high-quality design assets that captivate and communicate effectively. From digital campaigns to print materials, social media graphics to presentation decks, your work will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution & Design

  • Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Develop marketing materials, social media content, website assets, presentation decks, and other visual communications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visuals.

  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a strong and cohesive visual identity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

  • Work closely with the Head of Design, marketers, and content creators to develop engaging creative solutions.

  • Gather feedback from stakeholders, iterate on designs, and ensure deliverables meet project objectives.

  • Clearly communicate design rationale and decision-making to both creative and non-creative team members.

Process & Efficiency

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

  • Maintain organized files, templates, and design assets for efficient workflows.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design within an agency or in-house
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Strong typography, layout, and branding skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life through impactful visuals.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine designs effectively.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse design work that demonstrates creativity and technical proficiency.
