Neighbors Bank is seeking a curious, analytical, and solutions-oriented Data Analyst to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, uncovering patterns, and presenting data in a way that tells a compelling story.

This is a fully-remote role with a starting salary of $55,000-$60,000, based on experience. 

What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst, you will report to the Data Analyst III and work closely with data teams to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Perform routine business analysis using tools like Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting software.
  • Business Research – Investigate and provide data-driven answers to questions from team members and stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc & Routine Reporting – Produce on-demand data reports, ensure accuracy, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration & Communication – Work with analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to effectively utilize data insights.
  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, efficiency, and automation.
  • Other Responsibilities – Support team initiatives and culture, assisting with duties as needed.
