They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Navigate the sweet spot between creative innovation and data-driven performance across all Social Platforms
- Architect creative strategies and lead shoots in-studio/ on-location, commanding everything from talent direction to technical execution
- Thrive in a technical fast-paced environment where resourcefulness and innovative problem-solving are paramount
