Anduril’s Design Team is seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, photography and video, and industrial design. Our purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.
Our Creative Operations Coordinator will be responsible for driving collaborative and standardized processes for the Design Team. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, is highly organized, with a talent for making connections between goals and needs. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prioritize incoming requests, develop project goals, and coordinate schedules
- Support on production of print, digital and marketing collateral
- Support on managing inventory and budgets on merchandising
- Work cross-functionally with comms, design, product marketing and the business lines to support creative productions
- Lias between internal team and partners to ensure creative is on-brand and its execution
- Partner with Head of Design and senior leaders to drive processes around project development, and experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as project manager, producer, or related, in-house or agency
- Understanding of creative approach and production processes in print, rich media, trade shows, merchandise
- Hands-on team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, resourceful, with a talent for execution
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA, and Coupa are a plus
- Strong and concise communicator and ability to articulate clear processes
- Must work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA
US Salary Range
$90,000—$135,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
